Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple Segi Fresh stores in designated area, ensuring smooth operations in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales target, KPIs, and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning.
- Lead, mentor, recruit and develop store managers and staff by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture.
- Monitor and analyse sales, inventory level, and customer feedback. Identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure the success of store initiatives and promotions.
- Build a strong and positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders who are essential to your store’s success.
- Become the bridge between the store and corporate management, ensuring clear and efficient communication through insightful reports and open dialogue.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration, retail management, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry / F&B, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or a large retail area.
- Experience in managing fresh products, such as groceries or perishables, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably as a Store Manager, District Manager, or similar position.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail environment.
