Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining item information in both the SAP and ARMS systems. Key tasks include managing cost prices, product descriptions, barcodes, selling prices, and ensuring data correctness to support efficient system operations and inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain item data accurately in both SAP and ARMS systems.
- Ensure all product information—including cost price, product description, barcode accuracy, and selling price—is correct and up to date.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems to support inventory, pricing, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies in item data.
- Monitor and verify updates to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of item records.
- Any other related tasks assigned by management as and when is needed.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- No need for own transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt is a must.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
