Job Descriptions

1. New Business Development with Government agencies / Private companies

  • Build & lead the relationships with Federal and state government & agencies at strategic level.
  • Plan & Strategize on ways to enhance and improve Jualan Rahmah program with respective state KPDN and build stronger relationship at KPDN .Headquarters.
  • Collaborate as strategic partner with government/state & local agencies to secure projects which will bring benefit to Segi Fresh as channel to support our target customers.
  • Collaborate for other new business strategies with, such as Government Tender Project, supply imported products related to AP etc.
  • Government and corporate tenders related to supply of fresh produce.
  • Develop the opportunity for house brand market expansion beyond Segi Fresh stores.

2. House Brand Development & Marketing

  • Refine the strategy for house brand and a continuous 3 years plan.
  • Develop strategic brand partnership to increase the product pipeline potentials, own or joint brand.
  • Develop & implement the marketing plan for the house brand, increase our brand share within Segi, generating desired margin for the group.
  • Responsible for profit & loss of Teraju Ilham

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or MBA, Retail, Marketing or Management.
  • Min 10 years working experience in Brand Management and min 2 year experience in new Business partnership with state / government agencies.
  • Proven track records in portfolio of brand management .
  • Excellent in analytical & planning skills.
  • Very strong presentation & interpersonal skills.
