Assistant General Manager, Group Human Resource

Job Responsibilities:

  • Play a partnering role with Top Management to synergize strategic plans for optimum results to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Building a sustainable workforce and driving operational excellence for a competitive edge in the market. 
  • Review and re-strategize learning, leadership and capability development performance in view of global talent requirements/ challenges and talent ability to meet high standard leadership requirements.
  • Promote mentoring culture in the Group via mentoring programs or other intervention plans to enhance comradeship between leaders and young executives and making them as role models to emulate.
  •  Evaluate the effectiveness of the Mentoring Program implemented within the Group.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of related working experience in human resource related functions, especially in staff development, staff competency development and/or career management.
  • Bachelor/Master in Human Resource management, Social Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
