- Content Creation & Copywriting:

- Edit and proofread all content before publication.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audience segments.
- Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and building a loyal community.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, questions, and messages.
- Analyze and report on audience data and engagement metrics to inform future strategies.
- User-Generated & Store-Generated Content:
- Identify, curate, and leverage high-quality UGC and SGC to amplify brand messaging and drive engagement.
- Create engaging campaigns that encourage user participation and brand advocacy.
- Performance Measurement & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key KPIs (follower growth, engagement rate, website traffic) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate data-driven reports and insights to optimize content strategy and campaign performance.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Create live-stream or on-site coverage for key events and in-store activities.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to write catchy and engaging copy.
- Creative and resourceful with a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in content scheduling and analytics tools (Bonus: Experience with CMS and design software).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven approach to content creation and performance analysis.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends for event coverage.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices will be added advantage.
