  • Create engaging training modules and materials.
  • Develop multimedia content for e-learning, videos, and simulations.
  • Identify training needs through assessments and collaboration with experts.
  • Create comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make improvements.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on e-learning trends and integrate new tools and technologies.
  • Ensure training programs meet industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines.


  • Proficient in creating digital content, including graphics, animations, photography, videography, and interactive elements.
  • Balancing creativity with instructional effectiveness in digital content design.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in learning and development at Retails, F&B, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proficient in e-learning tools, multimedia software, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt to changes, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Awareness of current learning and development trends.
  • Experience in assessing training needs and conducting analysis.
  • Certified HRDC trainer are a plus.
