Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition for HQ and operations staff:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for HQ positions and support on operations position to meet the company’s staffing requirements for operational functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand the specific skill sets required for various HQ and operations positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for both corporate and operational roles using job boards, professional networks, and specialized recruitment platforms.

- Maintain a talent pool for high-demand roles, ensuring a quick and smooth hiring process.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for operational roles to meet the business’s immediate staffing needs.
- Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process for both HQ and operational roles.
- Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure compensation and role requirements are aligned with the company’s needs.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with HQ and operations department leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide guidance on candidate selection and assist with interview coordination.
- Offer insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices.
- Recruitment Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity.
- Generate recruitment reports for both HQ and operational roles, tracking progress, sourcing channels, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure the best possible hiring outcomes.
- Employer Branding & Networking:
- Enhance Segi Fresh’s employer brand by promoting a positive workplace culture through external channels.
- Represent Segi Fresh at recruitment events, career fairs, and other external networking opportunities.
- Increase awareness of Segi Fresh as an employer of choice within both corporate and operational sectors.
- Team Development:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment staff or interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes for both HQ and operational roles.
- Others:
- Any other task related to HR or recruitment related that assigned by Management.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions (administrative, technical, and operational).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing methods, and job board platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
