Job Descriptions

  • To design accurate job description and prepare required networking and sourcing strategies and maintain professional relationships with various recruitment portals and screen all applicants and screen resumes for all hiring managers.
  • Participate in various recruitment events and maintain all work according to recruitment guidelines.
  • Manage life cycle of recruitment processes and screen and perform interviews with all prospective candidates and develop and maintain professional relationships with various members and assist to automate recruitment systems according to processes.
  • Schedule all interviews with all head of department.
  • Experienced with various job search platforms and channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, varsities etc).
  • Ad hoc task as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Human Resource especially recruitment for more than 3 years.
  • Exposure of working experience in fast-moving or multi-tasking or retail industry is most beneficial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
