SEGI FRESH MEMBERSHIP REDEMPTION PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions
- Segi Fresh Membership Redemption Programme (“Campaign”) is open to all Segi Fresh customers who have registered as members, all in Malaysia who are not less than 18 years old on/ before the date of this campaign begins xxxxxx (“Customer”).
- The campaign will start on dates xxxxxx until xxxxxx at all Segi Fresh stores throughout
- Customers can redeem any exclusive products available in this redemption campaign as long as the accumulated points are sufficient to qualify customers to redeem via the existing app, Segi
- Exclusive Product Network Redemption Methods:
4.1 The Client shall download the Segi Loyalty application and register as a member.
4.2 Customers shall earn points earned from each purchase at any Segi Fresh store throughout Malaysia.
4.3 The Customer can choose any product preferred in the Segi Loyalty app and each product has its own redemption value.

4.4 Once the customer has chosen the product you want to redeem, put the product in the shopping cart.
4.5 Then, customers can check out by making online payment via debit/credit card or any authorized e-Wallet payment.
4.6 Each of these exclusive products is valid so the stock lasts.
4.7 The Client may accumulate unlimited points and may choose to continue collecting or redeeming points with exclusive products offered.
4.8 Once the check-out and online payment process is completed by the client, the client cannot cancel the completed transaction. Points that have been redeemed are also not refundable to the original amount.
4.9 The price per redemption product is fixed and no shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
4.12 Delivery will be done by a third party, Delivery Service appointed by Segi Fresh.
4.13 Delivery will only be done in Peninsular Malaysia.
4.14 The Customer shall ensure that the receiving address is kept up to date so that delivery can be made to the recipient’s current location.
