Manager, Creative & Digital

Job Summary:

Lead and mentor the creative team to produce high-quality visual assets while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Oversee the full creative process including strategy development, content creation, SOP preparation, and project management—to support business goals and timely campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and develop creative materials for retail, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, mentor, and guide a creative team to produce exceptional visual assets. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation, encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
  • Prepare a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the creative process to streamline design requests, enhance communication, and minimize errors with external departments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drives measurable results.
  • Oversee all aspects of creative content development, from concept to execution, across various channels.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and manage the production of high-quality creative assets for retail outlets (POSMs and BTL activations), social media, the member app, and the website.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, operations) to ensure brand consistency and the success of campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform creative decisions, and support digital initiatives through content creation. Visit outlets to interview customers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty program management, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing rewards programs or co-branded campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in vendor sourcing, contract management, and ROI optimization.
  • Strategic and creative problem-solver, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and structure win win solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights (customer behavior, campaign performance) to refine strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
