Executive, Inventory & Audit

Job Summary:
This role responsible for supporting the preparation and execution of stocktake activities. This includes assisting in prelisting, preparing stocktake templates, schedules, and cutoff procedures. The role also involves performing stock freezes in SAP, supporting stock count audits, and ensuring counting accuracy during the process. The Stocktake Assistant will process stock count data in SAP, generate variance reports, and collaborate with operations to investigate discrepancies. Additionally, the role includes participation in the CCTV and inventory review process to ensure inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in prepare prelisting for a planned stocktake.
  • Assist in Prepare stocktake template, master files, schedule and cut off procedures.
  • Perform freeze stock in SAP system.
  • Support and assist in conducting audit  of stock count by operating stores.
  • Perform Audit counting accuracy during stock count.
  • Assist to process stock count data in SAP system, generate variance report to verify with operation.
  • Monitor stock count results and investigate on the variance arises
  • Participate in CCTV and inventory review process
  • Any other relevant tasks assigned by management as and when is needed.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum in Diploma /Degree or a related field
  • Knowledge in receiving and retail is added advantage.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Work under pressure and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to travel to various store locations as needed.
