Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead loyalty program innovation, strategic partnerships, and trade collaborations that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for developing impactful loyalty initiatives, forging high-value partnerships, and optimizing in-store media opportunities to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loyalty & Rewards Program Management:
- Develop and execute a compelling loyalty rewards ecosystem by sourcing and negotiating high-value, customer-relevant rewards.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure exclusive offerings at competitive pricing.
- Analyze loyalty program performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and purchase frequency.
- Plan and execute targeted loyalty campaigns and promotional initiatives to boost engagement and sales.
2. Strategic Marketing Collaborations & Partnerships:
- Identify, design, and execute strategic partnerships with fintech platforms, digital wallets, brand collaborators, and government agencies to expand Segi Fresh’s market reach.
- Develop and present compelling partnership proposals that align with business objectives and create mutual value.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring seamless execution and long-term collaboration.
3. Trade Partnerships & In-Store Media Monetization:
- Identify and cultivate trade partnerships that drive incremental sales and marketing opportunities.
- Manage and monetize in-store media to maximize brand visibility within Segi Fresh’s retail outlets and digital assets.
- Develop and manage media kits to support internal teams and partners, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
4. Any other relevant tasks assigned by management as and when is needed.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty program management, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in designing and managing rewards programs or co-branded campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in vendor sourcing, contract management, and ROI optimization.
- Strategic and creative problem-solver, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and structure win-win solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights (customer behavior, campaign performance) to refine strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
