Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and creative Senior Executive for our Social & Digital initiatives. This role is a vital part of our team, focusing on developing and executing content strategies across our social media, member app, and website. The ideal candidate will not only drive engagement and audience growth through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights but also be confident in becoming the face of our content – appearing in videos, hosting segments, and actively engaging with our online community
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the Company’s social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Member Apps.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and promotions.
- Plan, co-develop, publish and monitor social media content and track the performance to see if they meet the company’s branding and business objectives.
- Writing clear and error-free content for company’s social medial platforms, website and digital platform that reflects the company’s voice.
- Responsible to brainstorm and generate ideas on social media marketing campaigns.
- Responsible to prepare monthly social media reports to generate insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Analyze performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or any other related disciplines.
- Possess minimum 3 years of hand-on experience on managing social media platforms.
- Required language(s): Malay & English with strong presentation skills.
- Candidate with knowledge and experience in social media content management and copywriting is required.
- Candidate with positive attitude and strong commitment towards work.
